3-13-2017 By popular demand, please find Rev 4 attached which now includes a hinge that will utilize 1.75mm filament as a pin for the new hinge. I also adjusted the angled part of the hinge system which should be easier to print without the need for supports. To do: Still need to update the hinge to a better design, but it will work and keep closed. I recently printed this myself and the hinge is so thin that it doesn't hold the 2 halves together (it prints less than 180 degrees of contact). I will edit the model to fix this issue as soon as I can. This is a hinged case that will hold extra part for a DJI phantom drone. Gimbal shock absorbers, mounts, allen wrench, motor wrench, sd cards, prop guard screws, and more can all fit inside this case. Please leave comments and suggestions!
