<p>When Using the IKEA HÅLLBAR for sorting your trash, they might be difficult to keep closed, like the one with the plastic in, right?<br/> To solve this agony I have this clip, which keeps it easy to open the lid, but also secures it in place when closed.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>you can print it in any rigid material, PLA might be the easiest due to the bridging required, to make the hinge move after printing.</p> <p>i printed it in PETG for a strong yet flexible part.</p> <p>as there is only 0.15mm clearance, I recommend layer heights no bigger than 0.15.</p> <p>be carefull not to break the part when first moving the joint, try to bend it slightly in both directions, until it goes loose.</p> <p>Happy Printing!!</p>
