Read the description in the original design for the usage and need design details. In this version (I've called it a remix because I think both "versions" are equally valid still), I've added hinge and locking mechanisms so that the sleeve can be applied between Jobo tanks that have extensions on them. The original, being a good fit, couldn't slide over Jobo's locking bumps, so you were restricted to only using that leveling sleeve on the very end of the tank. This version makes it so you can place it wherever it is most useful.
