This is a follow-up from my MGN12C block design to be used for converting Hiprecy LEO's Z-axis to linear rails. See Thing 4948033 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4948033. The idea for the Z-axis conversion to linear rails is initiated by Junior Barnes, all credits to him for that. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4306550 I created blocks which can carry now 2 MGN12C blocks at each side for more stabilty to the Z-axis - countering the weight from the print head pulling at the blocks. Note: this mod with dual MGN12C blocks only works if your Y-axis is already on Linear rails too. Otherwise you will not have enough space for the 2nd block to move. If your LEO is still on the original rollers and you want to convert the Z-axis to linear rails use the single blocks I designed earlier or the design by Junior Barnes. The blocks need 4 brass M3 inserts each, Length 4mm, diameter 4.2mm. You can apply them with heat or you can pull them in with a M3 screw and a set of 2 M5 and 1 M3 washers in order not to squeeze the protruding holes at the sides of the blocks. Using inserts now provide a decent way to attach the brackets from the printer to the sides of the blocks. Use 8mm M3 screws to attach the brackets and the bearing blocks to the printed blocks. I included a set of bottom end stops for this design which catch the blocks in case your bedlevel sensor might fail. I tried to keep the tolerances as tight as possible in order to prevent the bearing blocks to develop play within the printed blocks. You will need to print the 2 spacers, the shim for the belt adjuster and the top endcaps from Junior Barnes his design. The MGN12C short bearingblock carriers allow you, in combination with these endstops, to re-gain about 8 ~10mm height in Z.
