Hitachi 18V BSL1815X battery cover

You may need this if you have lost your OEM battery cover or if you have bought after-market replacement batteries for your Hitachi hand tools. The cover securely slides onto the BSL1815X battery terminals and protects the terminals from accidental discharge or from collecting debris into the connection terminals. I printed with PETG to gain some flexibility and non-brittle strength in the 0.8mm thick blades that fit between the battery's blade connectors and help hold the cover in place. I anticipate that PLA's brittleness could make it a poor choice for a thin extrusion that might snap off with repeated insertions/removals into the battery connectors. I printed the STL vertically on its base, which allowed it to print with only one supporting structure that was easily removed.
