This is an adapter to use Hitachi / Metabo 18V Lithium batteries on Porter Cable 19.2V Ni-Cad tools. Terminals were cut out of .025" thick copper sheet, 6 qty #2 x 3/8" screws are used to hold the two halves together. Terminals are placed into the Hitachi half then each are covered with a filler strip to avoid any shorting. Then feed the terminals into the Porter Cable side. Screw 2 halves together. Use at your own risk. Do not drain lithium batteries excessively. Stop using immediately once you feed the tool slow compared to its usual power.
