This is a removable Gopro chin mount for the HJC RPHA 70 Carbon ( I think it will also fit the non carbon). I made this as I wasn't a fan of permanently affixing a mount and there were no good removable chin mounts. This mount is angled back so it should already capture your line of site. This was designed so you do not need to remove any of the padding/chin guard for the helmet. It should slide under between the chin guard and the plastic lip of the helmet. I used a 45mm m5 screw from an old Gopro thumb screw that the spacer goes on which threads onto a m5 nylock nut on the other side to keep it all together. Print the nylock cover and super glue the nylock to the cover and the cover to the Gopro Mount. Super glue the chin guard cover to the chin guard for extra support. Files: RPHA70_gopro_mount_full.stl - All parts to print RPHA70_gopro_mount.stl - The angled Gopro mount RPHA70_gopro_mount_chinguard.stl - The piece that fits under the RPHA 70 chinguard RPHA70_gopro_mount_chinguard_cover.stl - Adds a small cover to keep the connection between the two pieces tighter. Can be seen attached in IMGS 5,6,7,8 RPHA70_gopro_mount_bolt_spacer.stl - keep the bolt so it only goes far enough through to catch the nylock and add tension to the bolt. RPHA70_gopro_mount_nylock_cover.stl - Covers the nylock for aesthetics and adds allows you to glue the nylock to the gopro mount as per IMG 9
