HK Rattler locked differential

Since one of the small gears broke in my HK Rattler's rear differential, I decided to make it locked. You still need bearings, main big running gear and wheel axle shafts from the original differential. Additionally you need something that is 2mm in diameter to fix wheel axle shafts in place. I had to use 1.8mm knitting needle from my mother in law. How I put it together: 1) Place bearings to the ends of differentials 2) Insert wheel axle shafts 3) Insert pins to hold shafts in place 4) I had to rivet the ends with hammer 5) Install the big running gear 6) Put it all back together and have loads of fun I thought that this might help someone else in need as well. Print settings - Adjust them until it's good. I used 40% lines infill, 195 degrees of extruder temp, 60 degrees of bed temp (PLA) Also I thickened the walls a bit for the stress it gets. Support was set only for parts touching the bed (under expert settings).
