First off, apologies for the terribly aligned stickers on my tank, but its an 2nd hand tank I got for cheap to have as a trial tank. This is Tiger 1 late style steel roadwheels, designed to fit the original HL roadwheels. One acts as a hubcap and the other replaces the outer roadwheel completely. Will fit the 3819 pantiger as well. Although I think the tiger looks more bad ass with the original HL roadwheel style, these are what all tigers eventually would have gotten in the field. Although far more common in wartime pictures and video, the early roadwheels was haunted by reliability issues as they were a trial set of wheels made for a lighter prototype tank. The Tiger 2/King Tiger rolled out with this new style of roadwheel from the start. Modeled after the first version of the new road wheels as detailed on tiger1.info, along with various images found on the web. There was a 2nd version of this new roadwheel with minor changes to bolt pattern, but I chose the 1st as it was the most common of the two. The pictured wheels are PLA printed with 0.8 nozzle, 30% infill and adaptive layers between .25 and .12. I scale it up 1% in the slicer for a perfect fit on mine.
