The stern of the wreck of HMT Arfon, England’s latest Protected Wreck (PWA 1973) as of September 2016. These images were recorded in the same month. The wreck lies in 43 m and has been extensively recorded using photogrammetry, supplementing long term research by Martin and Bryan Jones, site licensees. The site is protected by law and any activity including visitation must be conducted under license.
