This a RepRap extruder driver: For Bowden extruder Uses an M8 hobbed bolt Frame mounted: Mendel and Huxley* frames Print: Hobbed Bolt Bowden Drive Idler (Jonaskuehling) Big and small gears (Jonaskuehling). I used the 'fixed gears'; both sets are included. Frame mount (RepRapPro) Coupling tongue: (RepRapPro) Hardware: M8 hobbed bolt (ebay) 2 x 608 bearings (ebay) M8 washers (3-4) and nuts (1-2) Idler: J-kuehling suggests M4 x 60 (2) + nut. I'm using 1 M4 x 35. Idler (hinge): M3 x 30 + nut Frame mount: 40mm M3 screw and nut Other: Nema 17 stepper motor Bowden Hot End (tech3d.org or RepRapPro) NB: I've added a modified Huxley Mount. I haven't tested this as I don't have a frame. Let me know if you try it. :)
