Hoberman 1/4 circle

Hoberman 1/4 circle

This is just the start of a much larger project, but it looks too cool not to upload for people to play with. This is my 2nd iteration using larger pins and fewer trusses. It fit really well right off the printer, but 3/12 pins still broke. If you want to make your own the math isn't very hard. Just make an even numbered polygon to the radius you want. In this case it was 16 sides at 8". That makes the beam angles 22.5 deg. If it was a 24 sided polygon it would be 15 deg and so on. You'll need 16 of each to to make a full circle. Instructions Printed using the same parameters as my socket organizer.
