This battery holder sits inside the circular hatch on my Hobie kayak. It holds a 12V battery for powering a fishfinder and night light. Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Dreamer Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: Doesn't matter Infill: 35% Notes: This battery holder sits neatly inside the kayak's circular hatch, and is held securely when the hatch lid is closed. The 12V battery is quite heavy and so the top lip of the battery holder will be under some tension during normal use. To make it as strong as possible I printed this model on its side. Prints are typically stronger in the X-Y plane than in the Z direction. Printing on its side means a lot of support material is required. The print took around 30 hours on my printer, but the end result is strong, light and great!
