Hobie Mirage drive idler pully replacement

I am an avid kayak paddler and use mostly Hobie products. They have a great Aux power system called the Mirage drive. Which is a fascinating and well engineered piece of equipment. Unfortunately the can break and parts are hard to find. My tension pulley broke at the rim and I needed a replacement. After a few minutes on Tinkercad I came up with this 3d printed replacement. It is plug and play and it seems to do the job well.I do not know the longevity of this part but will update the post once i get some more hours behind it. I don't recommend crossing the open ocean with his part. But it seems to work as a good spare. Hope this helps you fellow Hobie Kayak paddlers/peddlers out there. This drive is part of a Hobie Tandem island sailing kayak.
