Looking to take my old broken hockey sticks and make a tripod to use in practice for my Novice Hockey team. I wanted to make this so the sticks are removable allowing me to store it in my coach bag. I haven't printed this yet so it's still a work in progress. Once I confirm the angle of the holder is correct and the fitment is also correct, I'll post a picture with the sticks inserted along with the length of each stick for best results. I may also add a short video of one of my players using it. Feel free to test yourselves as well and please share any corrections I may need to make. February 18,2020 - Updated the files to a thicker wall for more strength. February 26, 2020 - Tripod works as designed. I'll update this with stick lengths for optimal use. I also added some additional items that will help with stickhandling drills. These will fit on to flat pilons. Pictures will follow once printed and tested.
