These clamps are designed for hobbyist, consumer level CNC machines, to be used on T-track tables. They hold down the cutting material during a job. The hex head from the machine screw slides through the tracks, allowing for position adjustment. To use the clamps, align the clamp against the material and tighten screws and nuts. Ensure that the clamp is angled slightly, so that the back of the clamp is higher than the front which touches the material. To create one (1) clamp, you will need the following hardware: - 1 x Threaded Insert, ¼”-20 x 13mm - 2 x Hex Head Machine Screw, ¼”-20 x 2 ½” Fully Threaded - 2 x Hex Nuts, ¼”-20 - 1 x Flat Washer, ¼" The clamps are made out of 9mm thick plywood, and were designed to be 100mm and 125mm, but dimensions can be changed on Onshape. Knobs are printed out of PLA. Link to 3D model: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/4002cf32491a7a7a17c84759/w/f9f2dc06d2e8375fa2fb89a3/e/cd612c44ade33406e8df06a6
