Holder for Weber Temperature Probes

The Weber Connect base is magnetic and easily attaches to the grill but the temperature probes are not. This hanger/holder attaches to the back of one or more probes and fits on the hooks on the side of the Weber Genesis grills. I believe the temperature probes are identical for iGrill Mini, iGrill 2, iGrill 3, and Weber Connect sensors.

I suggest printing it with ABS or ASA. As uploaded, the holder is sized to be printed with ABS. When I printed it with PLA, it was a tad large. If it doesn't fit perfectly, just scale it up or down by one or two percent in your slicer. It's a quick print, so easy to check. If you use ABS or ASA, don't use acetone smoothing as it affects the dimensions of the print.

I printed it with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height, 15% gyroid infill, 3 perimeters, and variable layer height.

Also included is a Fusion 360 .f3d file, in case you like to change the size or create a different attachment mechanism.

If you like what I'm doing…

…consider buying me a coffee.
