This fixture aids in the preparation of a stitched fibre panel by creating holes where necessary. The fibre panel is sandwiched in-between the space of the revolver. The revolver is then tilted at specific angles (using the protractor at the side) as required. The needle bar is then forced onto the panel, creating the desired holes.
