Holiday Star / tree topper

I bought my first Christmas tree this year, so to celebrate I designed a digital star topper to go on top. Unfortunately I don't have a printer to make him :(. But I bet it would look great if it was printed with a translucent material so a light could shine from within! Let me know how I might improve on this and make it easier to print. Instructions This probably needs more prep, since I have little knowledge about prepping a model for these types of 3d printers. take a look and let me know how you think it would be best to lay this out and print it! ideally it would be hollow so a light could be placed inside. edit: So I've responded to a comment and split the star in half, capping both halves. I suppose with this version there will be some cutting of the bottom and back sides of each half to keep the whole hollow.
