I created a Channel Nail from Hollow Knight for my son's Halloween costume. Split into pieces to fit the whole blade in one print on a Printed on a Prusa MK3S. Each piece has guide pegs. They are 0.05mm smaller than the holes, but may still need a quick pass with sandpaper.
