This simple hollow test cylnider is used to test that the belts on the X & Y axes of a Thing-o-matic are sufficiently tensioned. Instructions Print object raftlessly and carefully check internal and external diameters are correct and that there are not "Flat Edges". Flat edges can be caused by belt tension being set too low on that particular axis. An easy way to check for flat edges is to roll the object like a wheel on a flat object and watching or listening carefully.
