Holmes manufactures a nice little inexpensive box fan that sells for around $20. It's relatively thin, so to stabilize itself, it comes with two small plastic feet that attach to the bottom. Unfortunately, these feet are so weak that they break if you so much as look at them the wrong way. Even worse, Holmes does not sell replacement feet. This model allows you to print a replacement. Printed and tested on a Printrbot Simple Metal with 0.2 layer height, 0.8 shell thickness and 15% infill in white PLA.
