This model, created using 3DS Max 2010, comes equipped with VRay 2.0 for ready renders. It boasts a high-resolution design with four distinct facade types and two roof varieties. The different facades include the Tasonit Facade, Half Siding (Yari Yalibaski) Facade, Full Siding (Tam Yalibaski) Facade, and the Standard Facade. Roof options consist of a Steel (Metal Kiremit) Roofing Type and an Onduline (Ondulin) Roofing Type, both managed through the layer editor in 3DS Max and Maya. VRay material is utilized for rendering in Studio Max, with wire material ready for wire renders in the material editor.
