This is a two part enclosure for a Raspberry Pi, a 4 channel relay module, and a small prototyping PCB. I designed this enclosure to house a Raspberry Pi acting as a Home Assistant server and HVAC thermostat controller. The magnetic mount counter bores on the bottom allow 12mm rare earth magnets to be glued in. You can stick this box right to the ride of your furnace.

BOM

SHCS, M2.5, 6mm - QTY. 10

SHCS, M2.5, 25mm - QTY. 4

Magnet Disk, rare earth, 12mm D, 3mm W - QTY. 6

Raspberry Pi 3 B+ - QTY. 1

Relay Module, 4 channel, JBTEK - QTY. 1

Adafruit Perma-Proto Quarter-sized Breadboard PCB - QTY. 1 (optional)

Cover, Home Assistant Pi Box V2 (printed) - QTY. 1

Base, Home Assistant Pi Box V2 (printed) - QTY. 1

Print instructions

PETG is ideal but do not use black as it contains carbon and may interfere with raspi wifi.

=20% infill
consider a brim if you have warping
0.2mm layer
