If your Honda vehicle brake lights won't turn off, OR your cruise control mysteriously stopped working AND there are some weird broken plastic pieces laying on your floorboard near your pedals, then this is probably what you need. Credit to A_Fairman and MS3FGX for the original STL. I printed the files that A_Fairman created and it was too tight to get in without filing. I realized it is a material issue not a design issue. PLA is WAY more stiff than the part that fell out of my 02' Civic Si. Based on some tips I've read in Clifford Smyth's Functional Design for 3D printing I added a split down the middle of the original design. It now snaps right in and keeps the original dimensions without needing to file and sand it to get it in. IF you use a stiff nylon the original file may be a good solution. PLA just didnt have the same flex and needed this mod to work for me. This part should fit a wide number of model years of Honda vehicles and should be a direct replacement for Honda part 46505-SA5-000 and the Dorman 74015 (only the white replacement part that is included in that Dorman kit).
