Honda CB750 Throttle Shaft Plug

Honda CB750 Throttle Shaft Plug

This was designed for a 1978 Honda CB750 with the Keihin PDA42 carburetor. It's the throttle shaft plug on the outside ends of the number 1 and 4 carburetors. The original plug is not available as Keihin designed this to be a non-servicable part. Also called a welch or expansion plug. If left unplugged it can cause a lean condition allowing unmetered air to enter the cylinder. I printed with PETG and it hasnt caused any heat issues. I sealed the outer border with gasket maker to make air tight and hold it in place. Might work for other model carbs. The 1977 and 1978 CB750 use these carbs. It's 15mm in diameter and 3mm deep.
