The key ring hole was removed, it was resized and threads were added using Metric Screw Thread Library http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31363 Support Material settings Type = Grid Pattern spacing = 7mm Infill Angle = 90 degrees (the 45 degree default makes my Y axis move a bit funky) Interface Layers = 9 layers X and Y Distance = 2.5mm (you might be able to go 2mm but less than that and you will probably goober the threads) Z Gap = 6 layers Print Settings Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: High .1mm Infill: 100% Notes: Used glow in the dark PLA, see summary for support structure settings Post-Printing Remove support structure carefully Make sure the bottom of the screws are clear of the support structure before trying to remove the main support structure. Requires metric M8 course thread nuts for mounting. You will also need to bore/drill out the original small holes in the grill to fit the larger thread size.
