3D print elbow to join throttle body to cylinder head when fitting 300 engine conversion. This version uses the original rubber joint to link the elbow to the head - Honda call it the throttle body insulator. Can be fitted without lowering engine. The end joining to the throttle body is designed for a 45mm ID silicone hose. This is a with the intention of fitting a 90 degree plain elbow in the future to aim the throttle body/air filter towards the front of the bike. Injector blank uses the original Honda injector seal which is pretty cheap from the dealer. Part number: 16472-MCW-000 Designed to be printed in CF Nylon using 0.6 hardened nozzle. Turn the elbow so that it prints with the injector bolt turrets vertical. Holes for injector bolts are designed for M5 threaded brass inserts.
