To enhance Relentless' design, I added a base pad for stability and a 'support disc' to the earring backside. This eliminated support material cleaning while printing on my Replicator2 at 0.15mm thickness. Post-printing requires minor carving with an exacto knife to separate the 'support disc.' Using Makerware, Skeinforge is advised; other settings include 1 shell, 100% infill, and 80mm speed. A possible issue is extruder temperature being too high at 230C. Invest in an MK8 plunger for your extruder and a glass build plate for improved printing with AquaNet on the layer.
