Honeywell C200 CPU Door

This is a replacement CPU door for the Honeywell C200 Process Controller platform. After many years of solid operation the plastics used in the C200 platform have started to decay and sourcing spare cosmetic parts is not easy so I designed this cover to replace the ones that have broken. I have also included a design for the bottom hinge, the factory hinge breaks off the CPU chassis quite easily when it becomes old and brittle, if only the end has broken off; the included hinge will slide over the stump left behind by the old one. Note1: The bottom locking clip was not included in this design as it breaks off too easily, this is a flaw with the FDM printing process, if you want a bottom locking clip you will need to print on separately and glue it to the inside of the door (I might make an updated version with a cutout for this later). Note2: This design may fit an equivalent Allen Bradley (Rockwell) ControlLogix CPU as the C200 and ControlLogix were built on the same hardware platform. More Honeywell C200 parts to come in future.
