The Star of Grayson medal, the highest medal awarded in the Protectorate of Grayson from the Honorverse. Sadly I lack any idea of how to make the Crossed Swords for the Star, but if anyone can offer their artistic interpretation I'd be happy to see about adding them to the model! I have added a thicker version, as the star can be slightly flimsy on it's own (as well as sharp!), but it needs to be printed with a brim, as the points of the star have a tendency to lose bed adhesion. Of course I leave this up to your discretion, as you know your printer better than I do! Made in Autodesk Fusion 360 based on this image.
