Hookah (shisha, nargile) mouthpiece/mouth tip designed to encase a 9mm activated coal filter. Pop the filter in, screw the end piece in, and plug the whole thing in to the main mouthpiece. If you mess up, and overheat your tobacco, you won't feel the smoke so harshly on your throat.
