Key settings include a height of 16.5, hinge finger gap tolerance at .4, hinge inner clearance at 3, latch width set at 15, finger size specified at 6.8, hinge inner slop measured as .4, hinge outer thickness established at 6, and finally the $fn parameter optimized to 100 for a detailed print. Wall thickness was chosen as 1.5 units in size, the overall width came out to 50 units, and the final depth landed on 74 units for optimal design specifications.
