Horizon T500 Digital Speed Sensor

Specifically this is a digital speed sensor for motor jm05-015 Mine warped over time causing the motor to brush against the sensor resulting in a hideous noise. I didn't need a full replacement as the electronics were good, only the plastic mold had warped, so I printed a replacement. It's not a 100% replacement, I'm missing two screw holes and didn't extend the protective cover as long as the original (don't poke your hands in the motor when it's running). One downside, in my use case, is that after about an hour of operating at 2.0 miles per hour the part warps as I printed it in PLA and the motor gets hot.
