I don’t like the oblique fan position because it cause vibrations on the radial fan and can shorten its life. I create this mix with the RHD rev C. fan shroud (one of the best) to keep the fan horizontal. TIP: when install the fan please flex a bit the bottom support to insert it otherwise you can't insert. Print with high temperature resistance filament.
