A horizontal spool holder is constructed using an empty spool designed for 56mm internal diameter spools as its base. This assembly consists of three primary pieces: a) The basement, which should be glued securely to the basement spool. b) The bottom piece offers space for a 22mm radial bearing to be installed. c) The top piece should be placed on top of the filament spool. In addition to these components, you will need: - Two M8 autolocking nuts - One M8 nut - One M8 threaded rod measuring 120mm long - One washer Assembly instructions can be found in accompanying pictures for reference. To assemble this spool holder, follow these steps: Step 1: Print the basement piece and secure it to the basement spool using glue. Step 2: Assemble the threaded rod assembly. Step 3: Install the bearing into the bottom piece. Step 4: Lock the bearing in place with the second autolocking nut and washer. Step 5: Place the filament spool on top, then position the top piece, and secure it with the M8 nut. Step 6: Your spool holder is now ready for use.
