I printed out a shorter horn by stopping the print early, and added some clear epoxy around the base where the print looked weak (I'd set 0.4mm sidewall thickness to speed printing). I added copper tape cut to match the inner surfaces. It does fit correctly on a real metal WR75 waveguide flange, and after applying the copper tape, the horn does work as expected at 10 GHz.
