Hornady Case Trimmer Replacement Gears

The plastic gears in my Hornady Lock-N-Load case prep tool were split or completely broken (see pictures). No Problem: just 3d print some more! I used the built in Fusion 360 gear script (watch this video on Youtube to see the details https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8A_11o7QZ0) adjusted a version for the main gear (added the slot infill) and printed out a set. Used a bench 1-ton bearing press (applying nowhere near that much pressure) to fit them on the shafts carefully, added a little grease and put it all back together. Happy reloading!
