Hello, Here are the files for the Hornady Lock n load AP Auto Progressive Press Case Feeder V2 In this version, the dove tails are removed and replaced by lap/dado type joints. Assembly now requires common #4x1/2 and 3/4 sheet metal screws and epoxy (optional). Parts have been re-designed for easier printing (less support required) and assembly. Let me know if there are any issues with this version. All other pieces (tube holders etc) from the first version will still work with this. Except the pattern support post! it will not fit the wider pattern. Bart Tips: - Are accepted...and greatly appreciated. First version can be found here...https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2883143 *************************************************************************************************** ******************************** Revisions and updates **************************************** 5/27/20 in the process of printing some more V2 with bolt kits...PM me if interested. **************************************************************************************************** 5/16/20 Added case selector V5. Changed the "window" on the 9mm side of the case selector. Thanks "SlideMagic" for the feedback! I did leave version 4 available...use whichever one you like. **************************************************************************************************** 5/7/20 Check it out! V3 redesign to include large caliber...https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4308737 (Still a work in progress...) **************************************************************************************************** 4/18/20 Have modeled the calibers (see the images in this thing). 30-06, 308, 7.5x55 Swiss, 8mm Mauser, 357 Magnum, M1 30 carbine, 300 Blackout, 223 remington, 45 ACP, 9mm Parabellum. ***************************************************************************************************** 3/31/20 Another update for ease of assembly. Uses a 5 and 1/2 inch 1/4-20 bolt, nut and washer to hold the case selector in place. Both versions (Rod and Bolt) are in the files... ****************************************************************************************************** 3/30/20 Cleanup and added remaining parts to this page. All parts needed are now included. ****************************************************************************************************** 11/28/19 Revised Brace to V4. Brace size was increased to remove flexing when not glueing the components together. ****************************************************************************************************** 10/13/19 Update! I think you may like this... The older version had separate bases for each caliber. It works but I wanted something different. A new base was created (Tube selector Base V2) and a case selector (case selector V3) Build is close to the same, Bb's in the base for the indents. The spring from the original version can be reused. An M4 x 35 SHCS (or equivalent) holds it together. Note : I found that the thru hole for the 1/4" rod was too tight in the base, This has been enlarged. (Alu rod from Home depot measures at .258) ***************************************************************************************************** ********************************** Parts List for the Bolt Version ********************************* - 5 and 1/2 inch 1/4-20 bolt, nut and washer to hold the case selector in place. - 2x 624zz bearing (one for the lower slide, one for the upper slide). - M4x25 Pan head for the upper slide bearing. - M4x20 Pan head for the lower slide bearing. - M4x45 Pan head for the case selector can also use a 50mm length. - Sheet metal screws pan head #4x5/8 and #4x3/4 - Tension and compression spring (Home depot Spring Assortment Kit). - 1 pc #6-32 x 2 1/2 Phillips pan head - 2 pcs ¼-20 Hex bolts, ¾” long and two washers.
