This is a piece to print and go inside the horse leg. Depending on your level of 'shrink', you may need to slightly enlarge the hole or the entire piece. Doesn't matter if its sloppy to fit inside the leg though, since you can freely glue it in place. Made with tinkercad, not perfect, but it works for me.
