hose clip for hydraulic disc brake upgrade from cable

I upgraded my mountain bike from mechanical disc brakes to hydraulic disc brakes. The cable guide on the top tube was designed for a cable, not a hydraulic hose, so I came up with these adapters that clip onto the hose and insert into the cable guides where the cable ferrules would go. They seem to hold the hose in place. I hope they are helpful to someone else.
