I actually created this to use against wasps by killing them with soap water. Obviously this is not the only thing it can be used for, and can be used for everything from fertilizing your lawn/garden to soaping up your car. As i figured this could be utilized for various things, I opted to use universal fitting/thread sizes. You should be able to attach any nozzle you'd like to the front of this. Included currently are two nozzles, a "fire mans" nozzle for distance spraying as well as a fan pattern nozzle for closer spraying. Anyhow, I searched Thingiverse extensively prior to coming up with my own, and to my surprise I wasn't able to find the equivalent of a hose end sprayer. Hopefully this ends up being helpful to someone. You can use any bottle for use as a hopper. Also, I added an option to print a bung hole cover so that you can close off the side and use as a regular hose if you so please. There are two "main body" files, the original and one with an internal diverter plate to help the water find it's way into the bottle. You only need one of these. Additional Parts Needed: 3x Garden hose washers/o-rings - You can technically use this without the washers, but it will more than likely leak as water always finds the path of least resistance. Printing: I printed all parts with ASA, as it seemed the most appropriate for the application. I highly suggest you use the same. You can probably use PLA, but dont expect it to last that long due to the higher pressure environment as well as PLAs UV instability in sunlight. ASA does not have this issue and is significantly more resilient than PLA when it comes to structural loads. Personally, I ended up using rafts to ensure stability due to the minimal surface area touching the build plate. The rafts are all small in size and take very little time to print. For the main body, I used supports, The only supports needed are the ones on the front side to keep the hole from deforming. Any other supports you can remove using the support remover in your slicing software. ---- Please let me know if you have any fitment issues, as I originally put all this together thinking I'd be the only one to use it. I will fix any issues with the model if necessary. I'll also try to upload some other nozzles whenever I have time to create them.
