Remixed the sound deflector, now it's an "hot air from fan grill" deflector for my Acer Nitro 5. the thickness is 1.5cm, the same as my laptop's, and it's 8cm long. the fan grill opening is 5cm wide and so is the round deflector, so no air is blocked in any way.
