Broke the HOT knob off my basement sink, and found <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:168515">this great replacement</a> on Thingiverse. Decided to put a finishing touch on the knobs (and label them) by making end caps. Painted the H and C with black nail polish for some contrast and a nice shine. The caps simply press on, and have little bars on the side of the insert surface to ensure a snug fit. You'll want to use a putty knife or something similar to pop them off if you need to remove them.
