Designed to be printed with soft PLA. 20% infill with 3,3,0,0 layers. Slowed the print when finishing the hinges. Takes about 40 minutes to print both sides. A hot water bath will let it flatten out. This material seemed to have a high adhesive quality. I started with a clean glass bed, put on a coat of auto wax and scrapped the excess off with a razor blade. Used HD hair spray on top of the wax for a nice clean print with easy release. This worked for a large flat print. Takes two holders to make the build. I heated and straighten regular PLA for hinge pins. Will also print with TPU. V2. Designed to be printed with TPU. Soft PLA is not soft enough for the hinge. Hinge printed @ 100% .2 layer, reduced speed for the last part. Ends may try and lift up during print. They may curl after print. Extra time spent on hinge cleanup will help the assembly process. 2x=32+min. Side printed @ 30% 4.5.0.0 @ 100% speed. 2x=38min approx. Used glued@ hinge to side attachment. This build seems to adhere to the cup better. Logo credit goes to:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1430559
