Hot end adapter - E3D v5 to v6 - Anycubic Kossel delta

This adapter allows the use of a E3D (or theoretically any) v6 to be used to replace a v5 hot end on an Anycubic Kossel delta printer. I have included both the STL and a Fusion 360 file in case anyone needs to edit. A raft is nice to use to keep the adapter in place while printing, as this is a very small piece. Supports are not needed if the piece is oriented with the larger internal opening pointed up. I used PLA, but might be worth using a more heat resistant material since you only want to have to make this change once. I took the corners off the earlier version so it is easier to get the screws through to hold the adapter in place. You will obviously need longer M3 screws to use the v6 since it is longer than the v5. Just make sure to tighten them down each a little at a time in order to avoid it becoming lopsided.
