Hot end cooling shroud

I felt that the cooling fan director part I downloaded from here was constricting the airflow a little. The output opening was at least half as large as the fan output or smaller. So I made this part that allows more air through. More better. This is an iteration of a thing I found on this site. Again I forget who's it was. Though I did model this myself, I used the other person's thing as a direct guide in Blender. So props to that person! You know who you are!
