I had some cheap chinese J-Head Bowden Hot-Ends lying around. Problem always was to get the Filament in, because there is a gap between the heatsink and Bowden tube connector. So I designed this little spacer (I call it spacer ;-) ). Fits right between the heatsink and Bowden connector so the Filament can go easily inside the Hot-End. Works very good. Please try out how this fits, There are two versions (2,2mm hole and 2mm hole). Maybe you need to rescale it.... Print Settings Printer: Kossel XL Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0,05 Infill: 10% Notes: Print in finest Layer high you can go. Depending on which side you print you need Support or not. Because this is a small part print slow and with cooling on. Post-Printing After print Maybe you need to sand it a bit. Try out if it fits, if not rescale the part. Because of this I made two different Versions. One with 2.0mm hole for Filament and one with 2.2mm hole. Sure you also could drill the hole...
