Update 11/16/17: I finally got around to making a 3D model for this, it's not 100% but it's pretty close. I used Mastercam to make the solids.I designed and built this wagon for my Daughter a couple months ago.This was the first time that I had fully designed/modeled anything and everything 1:1 on a computer before I started cutting the material.I was mainly trying to calculate the frame miters and steering geometry before hand so that I knew it was all going to work the first time w/o rework. Everything is set to 0 for the elevation (Z height)I programmed and cut the wooden rails out of .75" high grade pine then radius'd them with a hand router.I cut the 5/8 aluminum steering fork by hand to prove to myself that I still got it :)I'm going to start on a 3d version of this, so stay tuned.
