Here is a 4-car Lift style car display for Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and other 1/64 die cast cars. Each lift pad is 80mm long and the tire pad width is 35mm. (Most of the Hot Wheels I sampled to be about 30mm wide at the wheels.) Assembly should require no tools, but in case your printers isn't dialed in perfectly, a small file should be the only thing needed. A note about usage: If your display is only going to be for exactly that, for display and will not be used heavily such as for play scenarios, then there is no glue or adhesive required. The 4 lift pads add enough structural rigidity that it will hold up by itself. I would recommend some adhesive (such as E6000 for the assembly if the display is going to be experiencing a lot of play time. This will help make the structure much more rigid and wont have the lifts moving and getting off-kilter. just a couple dabs on the outer edge/face of the lift pads arms should be more than enough. Printing notes: Prints with no supports with the tops of the lift pads facing down and the Lift posts with the open end facing up. I recommend 100% CONCENTRIC infill for rigidity but would not go less than 50%. My preference would be 100% concentric infill but if less, then pattern should not matter. A slower speed is recommended as well due to the thin nature of the lift arms and thin walls of the lift posts. Higher speeds can be used if your printer has great bed adhesion. I started with 50mm/s speeds max and 20mm/s for my initial layers and fine tuned from there for my printer. Leave part cooling fan off for first 3 layers. Designed in FreeCAD, Sliced with Cura, Printed with AnyCubic Kobra.
